Streetlight at Harvard St & School St
The lights do not indicate when the cars making a left turn have the right of way. So, the light will turn green for cars turning left from School St onto Harvard St while the cars coming from Aspinwall Ave will have a red, but there is no arrow indicating that the School st cars have the right of way to turn. Then, the Aspinwall Ave light will turn green after approx. 15 seconds and the cars coming from school st will continue going left because they don't know that they have lost the right of way. It's really confusing and dangerous. There needs to be a left turn arrow when the cars are clear to turn.
