Hello! The tactile paving here has detached from the sidewalk, and has been that way for months. It seems mostly stable for now, but with rain or snow can be very dangerous.

Manholes on bridge have spikes on them and are not flush with sidewalk. Also sidewalk is in poor condition. Sidewalk work is scheduled but it will not touch this area as seen in photo.
