Parking Issues at Rawson Rd & Claflin Rd

A friend in a wheelchair could not easily get off sidewalk to cross road since a car was blocking the sidewalk/ pedestrian crossing on top of Claflin Rd. See picture. Can a no parking sign be added?
CLOSED Difficult to see which ramp that is, but we can paint a crosswalk across Claflin Rd to deter parking in front of the ramp. - 20 days ago #62367
