A second baboon here. Since the park was re-opened some dog owners have continuously flouted the rules and disrupted the neighborhood. Rangers need to enforce the rules around dogs.

Toxic plants (gimson weed) at top of green dog/sledding hill. Extremely toxic to humans and animals. Highly invasive. Dangerous to touch. It's enclosed in the berm at the top of the hillside.
