Sitting on the 60, waiting for the lights to sync, because they currently aren't. At least could you have a constant green so drivers can cross walnut and onto rt9 in one go?

The eastbound bike signal never changes from Red. I waited three light cycles on my bike, in the bike lane for it to change. Fix it, others have reported this for a long time.
