Sidewalk Obstruction at 153–157 Saint Paul St, Brookline 02446
Park on/block public sidewalk w/o proper signage/permit posted. Homemade 'Sidewalk closed' sign that is left up overnight, so unclear when work starts & ends. Fence fell on me as I walked by this AM.
