A friend in a wheelchair could not easily get off sidewalk to cross road since a car was blocking the sidewalk/ pedestrian crossing on top of Claflin Rd. See picture. Can a no parking sign be added?

The striping in front of 99 allows for 1.5 cars, not 2.Turn into 99 is only 1 way so no exit possible. Parking at a premium always. Change north side stripe 3 ft closer to add another space.
