Streetlight at 191 201 Grove St, Chestnut Hill

Sensor on traffic light at South St, Walnut Hill Rd, and Grove St. appears to be broken. For the past few months, the light always gives a full cycle to Walnut Hill (which receives the least traffic of the roads at the intersection). This quickly cuts off traffic on Grove St.
